For those of you praying along with me for miracles these forty days, please read aloud this Psalm with my name and ask God to reveal new feeling and function in my body.
Psalm 20 (NIV) For the director of music. A psalm of David.
1 May the LORD answer Laura when she is in distress; may the name of the God of Jacob protect Laura.
2 May he send Laura help from the sanctuary and grant her support from Zion.
3 May he remember all Laura’s sacrifices and accept her burnt offerings.
4 May he give Laura the desire of her heart and make all her plans succeed.
5 May Laura shout for joy over your victory and lift up her banners in the name of our God. May the LORD grant all Laura’s requests.
6 Now this Laura knows: The LORD gives victory to his anointed. He answers Laura from his heavenly sanctuary with the victorious power of his right hand.
7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but Laura trusts in the name of the LORD our God.
8 They are brought to their knees and fall, but Laura rises up and stands firm.
9 LORD, give victory to Laura! Answer her when she calls!
